Beach Access
:
Head down Patina Blvd and across 30A to the bike/walking path. Right across the street is your deeded beach access point next to the Andante Condos complex. You have choices when entering the beach from the Private Beach Access walkway.
1) In order to sit near the access, ask the attendant if there is space left in our access, if not, you must rent a "set" of chairs from the attendant.
2) If you do not wish to rent chairs directly at the end of the Private Access Walkway or if you want to use a tent or your own umbrella, you can walk about 40 yards to the right (West) to the public beach.
Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.
NO smoking allowed.
NO animals/pets due to owner medical condition
Check out time is 10 am
Check in time is 4 pm
Walton County FL has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am
You must obey the rules and regulations of the HOA and the laws local to our area.
